Whichever PIN is typed to unlock an action (Edit, Delete, Archive, Settings) identifies who did it. The Admin PIN works everywhere as a fallback; each staff member below has their own. Anyone already signed in on this device (phone + PIN login) skips these prompts entirely and is identified — and permission-checked — that way instead; see the Permissions tab.
"Sync from BT Staff" adds anyone active in the real BT-PHARMA staff roster who isn't listed here yet (name only — pick a PIN for each new name below). It never removes or overwrites an existing row, so nobody's PIN changes underneath them.
Controls what each signed-in staff member (phone + PIN login) can do. Admin always has full access everywhere, regardless of these settings. A staff member who isn't signed in on this device yet falls back to the old PIN-prompt for anything below except Save/Close, which stays open to everyone unless explicitly turned off here.

Every save creates a new version — nothing is overwritten. Restoring replaces all current data.
All closings, settings and overrides are stored as JSON in this device's local storage. Export a backup file regularly, or restore from one.
Nothing is deleted automatically. Export a backup first if you want to keep old records elsewhere, then archive them here to keep this device's storage lean.
Each tier is a dropdown group in the ledger — name the group and list its members separated by commas.
Group inventory items (e.g. Water, Nestlé Juice, Nescafé, 1L Juice, Milo, Mask, Bags) so the Strips section is readable in portrait mode — items are shown under their group header with just Price / Qty / Total per row.
